Re-engagement

A client who hasn’t been in for 8+ weeks is at risk. Chairtime surfaces those clients on the Reports page so you can reach out one at a time over WhatsApp.

/platform/reports — scroll past the revenue cards and busiest-days chart. You’ll see a section called Re-engagement (N clients overdue) when there are clients past the 8-week threshold.

Each row shows:

  • The client’s name
  • Their last visit date
  • A WhatsApp button that opens WhatsApp on your phone with a friendly message pre-filled (“Hi {name}! We miss you at the salon — ready to book your next appointment?”).

Tap WhatsApp, edit the message if you want, send. The client lands on your booking storefront if they tap the link.

  • Bulk send (select-all → blast) — not implemented; one tap per client
  • SMS or email re-engagement — only WhatsApp
  • Custom templates — you edit the pre-filled message in WhatsApp itself
  • Automated re-engagement (auto-send after N weeks) — on the roadmap
  • Buckets (Due / Lapsed / At risk / Gone) — single 8-week threshold today
  • Do-not-contact list / opt-out — handle via the client’s own WhatsApp block; nothing tracked in the platform yet
