First-time setup

When you first sign in, head to /platform/setup for a 3-step wizard plus a live setup checklist. Work through the checklist top to bottom — each step unlocks the next.

The checklist

1. Brand your salon. The wizard’s Brand step: colour, tagline, about text, social links. The Contact step: phone, WhatsApp, email, address.

2. Add your services. Cut, colour, treatment, manicure, massage — whatever you offer. Each service has a duration + a price + an optional category and patch-test flag.

3. Add your stations. A station is a physical chair, basin, treatment room, or nail station. They drive the Resources view of the board.

4. Add your practitioners. Even if it’s just you — add yourself so the booking flow has someone to pin appointments to. Tick the services each person can perform.

5. Set working hours. Per-practitioner days and times. Without saved hours, online bookings show “no slots available”.

6. Finish the wizard’s Booking step. Turn on online booking, set the min advance hours, max advance days, cancellation notice, and deposit policy.

Don't try to be perfect

You can edit anything later. Get the minimum in (one service, one station, one practitioner, one set of hours) and take your first booking — then refine as you go.
