Sign up your salon
You sign up at chairtime.co.za. The free trial is 14 days, no credit card required.
The five-minute application
Section titled “The five-minute application”-
Open chairtime.co.za and tap Sign up.

Fill in the form: business name, business type (Hair Salon / Nail Studio / Beauty Salon / Day Spa), your name, and at least one of email or cell.

Tap Apply for free. You’ll see a confirmation that your application is in.

Wait for activation. Every new salon is reviewed by the Bot & Botty team before activation — usually within 1 business day. You’ll get an email or SMS once your account is live.

Sign in. Once activated, head to
yoursalon.chairtime.co.za/loginand request a one-time code. Pop it in, and you land in/platform/hub.
About your subdomain
Section titled “About your subdomain”Your salon is hosted at yoursalon.chairtime.co.za — the slug is derived
from your business name when we provision the account. To change it after
activation, contact hello@chairtime.co.za; clients with the old bookmark
will need to be redirected.
What the trial gets you
Section titled “What the trial gets you”For 14 days you get full Pro features: AI scheduling, unlimited practitioners, automated email reminders. After 14 days, pick Basic, Pro, or Enterprise — see Plans. Nothing is deleted when the trial ends; bookings just pause until you subscribe.
